PC Magazine - The Xbox Live Fall update for the Xbox 360 game console was released earlier this week. Aside from a small number of people who discovered the update had transformed their 360 into a doorstop (prompting the Xbox crew to quickly release an updated update) the software push delivered an impressive list of performance and interface enhancements as well as a slew of new features - 1080p video output being among the most notable.
